MBNA Connect was launched today by MBNA (part of Bank of America) and powered by Skinkers technology. MBNA Connect is an innovative and unique service keeping customers in touch with their accounts; delivering secure balance updates, transaction alerts, offers, mini-statements and more, directly to the customers’ desktops. 

MBNA Connect is a secure downloadable application available to their Online Banking customers. It allows customers to access account information on their desktop without having to login to their online account.  The tool provides the customer with their most up-to-date balance, recent transactions, service information and personalised offers.  MBNA Connect also provides a facility to configure a variety of alerts relating to account activity, giving the customer an
unprecedented level of visibility.
